In Alaska, things are done differently... It's extreme!
You don't plan on specific things on specific days - everything is fluid until you get out there and we work our magic based on what is operating where and what the weather is doing.
We base ourselves in Anchorage around Lake Hood and will move around from there visit primary airfields as well as ones completely off the beaten track. It will often involve long distances, and it is also highly likely to see us stay elsewhere in the state for a couple of nights if required, as we chase those incredible, unique scenes only to be found in Alaska...
A quick note on the cost of Alaskan trips... Alaska is one of the most expensive places in the world. This needs to be balanced with the fact that any flying and excursions are vastly cheaper than in Europe (paid individually once in country), and therefore it helps to look at this as the complete package.
If you feel you'd like to explore this amazing part of the world then you can book now using the booking form below.

this is not like any other trip. With a primary base for the duration, we travel out from our accomodation easc day as opportunities arise and weather allows. Remote strips or rare aircraft still flying from rural airfields, we try to really capture the spirit of the 'bush pilot' feel of Alaskan flying.
More information will be shared as the trip takes shape in the run up to departure...
