A return to this beautiful, friendly, photogenic country to chase potential pre-exercise Low-Level training and familiarisation flights.
We will be basing ourselves near the Low-Level training area for three nights, and we will head to the Low-Level areas in the peak period to seek out the exercise participants as they start their work-up period and familiarisation flights. Nothing in the world of Low-Level traffic is ever guaranteed.
This event runs from 3rd-6th March and is a separate trip BEFORE the main exercise (and does not include the planned Spotters Day).
Prices for this trip are Land-Only and start from £695 for a twin sharing room, with single occupancy rooms from £845.00.

The trip is available as Land-Only (no flights included and meeting up at Athens Airport), flights are available from your preferred local airport on request.
Day 1 - We all fly into Athens and meet up in the arrivals hall of Athens Airport before collecting out transport for the trip. We drive across the southern part of Greece to Xylokastro, our base for the coming chase..!
Day 2 - An early morning start for the drive up into the Vouraikos Gorge and to establish good positions for the expected low level flying sorties of the morning. Subject to the information we have on the day we may move around this are to give ourselves the best possible opportunities. We drive back to Xylokastro at the end of the day to review the day over some Greek hospitality.
Day 3 - Another day similar to yesterday. an early start for the drive up into the Vouraikos Gorge and to establish good positions based on our experiences the previous day and any new information we have. At the end of the day, its back to Xylokastro once again.
Day 4 - We check out of the hotel and head back into the mountains for a final morning seeking out the flying. We will start our journey back to Athens around midday before our early eveing flights back to home
Note: This is a military exercise and circumstances can change. If, for whatever reason, the Exercise then the trip will still proceed regardless. There is a higher chance of low-level action on Iniochos-0, but absolutely nothing is guaranteed on the trip.
